All behaviour is adaptive and an effort to communicate a need. I support and guide caregiver/s and their child through a combination of carefully chosen playful, challenging, nurturing activities. Engaging with Theraplay helps caregivers learn how to regulate their child’s behaviours in safe, age and stage appropriate ways. This attuned therapy supports children to feel connected and safe as their caregivers meaningfully meet them in their need.
